A Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Montana Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association will be held from 11:00 a.m. to noon MDT, on Thursday, February 22. The meeting will be held electronically by Zoom.

Business To Be Considered:

1. Proposal to amend the Plan of Operation to require that timely notice of all Board meetings and Member meetings be given to the Montana Commissioner of Insurance.
2. Matters relating to Global Bankers Insurance Group which is now pending liquidation. This portion of the meeting will likely be closed to the public pursuant to Montana privacy and public right-to-know laws.
